This villa is located in a quiet residential area , first line Las Brisas Golf course ,only 2 Km away from the famous Puerto Banus in Marbella.The villa is divided in the main part with one master bedroom and one single bedroom and in a guesthouse with 3 double bedrooms. One apartment has a little kitchen. The guesthouse has her own separate entrance.
All the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom and closet.Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool and cleaning lady : 4 days x 4 hours included. The cleaning lady has her own shower and closet.
