Costa del Sol Malaga Car hire. General Conditions.
- The minimum rental age is 21 Years old depending on vehicle group.
- The maximum rental age is 8' Years old depending on vehicle group.
- Driving license. Driver must have held a full valid driver's license for at least a year.
- International dirver's License. Required for non EU citizens.
- Unlimited Mileage.
- Full Insurance with Excess.
- Meet and greet service at Malaga Airport (we meet at the Main Hall no minibus and no queue).
- 2 Drivers Free after 8 euros per person full period.
- 24 Hours assistance.
- Free Delivery at Malaga Airport. From 10 PM till 8 AM 15 euros extra. Delivery to local areas within 75 kms from the airport: 18 euros extra
- Fuel is returned with the same quantity.
- Payment by cash or credit card when picking up the vehicle in any case driver will be asked for a valid credit card in the name of the main driver when picking up the vehicle. The following credit card are accepted: Visa,MasterCard, Amex with 5% of the rental extra cost and Diners with 5% of the rental extra cost. Also in case of no credit card a deposit in cash can be consider and depend on different risk factor. Currency: all payments locally will be in Euros
- Refunds No credit or refund will be given for the unused portion of the rental period.
- Out of Hours charge. A charge of 16 euros will be apply between 22:00 to 08:00. In case of late arrival due to flight delay this extra will be also apply.
- Vehiculed may only be driven on the Spanish Mainland, for Gibraltar and Portugal, only with office authorisation and must be returned to our office at Malaga Airport.
- Tow-Away service. Due to client's negligence, traffic fines, damage to tyres, rims and underneath of any costs involved, damge to the clutch (due to misuse) and costs involved, lost or broken keys and cost involved, error of fuel and costs involved, cleaning of upholstery.
- Include in the Price. Road Assistence: 24hours assistence is provide by a main international insurance company. Taxes: Your booking includes all local taxes. Airport delivery: Free of charge between 08:00 to 22:00. Any accident or incident must be reported in 24 hour. Full insurance with excess. Cdw, Theft, Fire, Pai, Third party bodily injures.
- Not included in the price. Inadequate Refueling and costs involved. Cleaning or damaged Upholstery. (oils spot, vomits, amimals spot, cigarrets burns). Damage to tyres, rims and underneath not cover (optional insurance can be purchase to avoid that). Lost or damaged car key. Personal Items. Damages to interiors.
- Special Requests. Baby Seats can be book at 2euros per day (maximun 35 euros). Booster Seats can be book at 2euros per day (maximun 35 euros). Roof Racks can be book at 2euros per day (maximun 35 euros). Gps system navigation can be book at 6euros per day. (TomTom One). Excess Waiver at 5 /per day maximun 105 Euros. Extra insurance for tyres, rims and undermeath 18.
- Less then a week Weekly price divided by 6 by the number of days. Minimum rental 3 days
