4 bedroom Villa > Estepona > Costa del Sol > Southern SpainThis Holiday Villa on the Costa del Sol in Estepona is truly unique and is decorated in a Moroccan / north African style, it stands in its own grounds with a swimming pool and mature gardens, in a slightly elevated position it has fantastic views down towards the coast.The villa consists of fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, lounge, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and separate cloakroom. There is also a separate dinning room with seating for 6 people and a very large lounge with flat screen TV, sky system and DVD player leading from the lounge is a Moroccan style seating area with access to the swimming pool set in lovely mature gardens. Climatisation and heating: Electric room fans , Electric radiators (cold months only) , firewood for fireplace (cold months only) , Ceiling fans , Partial under floor heating (cold months only). It is situated slightly in land with the beach within a 10 minute drive and the pretty town of Estepona also within a 10 minute drive. Marbella and Puerto Banus are within an esay drive by the A7. The large gardens run down the side of the hill and just above the property there is a modern (private) horse stable where it may be possible to arrange a trek via the owner for the more experienced rider. Altogether this property is a great place to escape at a very realistic price. Estepona and the area. Southern Spain.There are great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.You can try an al fresco at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market on the Sunday morning. The accommodation is also close to San Pedro with great restaurants and shops, fantastic beaches and beach bars. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Costa del Sol amenities.The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history, the white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit, Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast, Gibraltar is steeped in History and now take a 30 minute drive.Seville, Cadiz or Granada are about 2 hours drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. You can also have a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to the accommodation for the children, visit animal Safari at Selwo hills, Selwo Marina in Benalmadena, Tivoli World or the water Parks in Mijas and Torremolinos. |
