This 3 bedroom holiday Villa is situated in Arroyo Vaquero in Estepona on the Western Costa del Sol.
The villa is spacious, well furnished and everything is on the ground floor with a large lounge / dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.
The sandy large beach of Arroyo Vaquero is 1 minute away and there is chiringuito (Beach restaurant) within a 3 minute walk. The area is calm, there is no through traffic.
The situation is about 3km´s south of the port of Estepona. You need a car to do your shopping and to go to the bars and restaurants.
Perfect for golfers (it is just down the road from Estepona golf), the family with children, two couples or whoever likes the calm.There are one double bed and 5 single beds for 7 guests.

The Costa del Sol area.

The Costa del Sol needs no introduction to those of you seeking the sun, great golf, history and sorry chaps great shopping, pretty well an all year climate, the villa is within an easy walk to the sandy beach of Arroyo Vaquero.
Not so far away just the other side of Gibraltar which is within an easy 30 minutes drive, there are an amazing amount of things to see and do, visit historical Gibraltar, Ronda, sample the sherry in,jerez, visit Tarifa the Mecqua in Europe for wind surfer and kyte surfers, Cadiz and the battle of trafalger all within an hour and a half of Estepona.
Estepona itself has the Old Town and the Marina, lovely restaurants and churches, the glamour of Puerto Banus and Marbella are within an easy drive.
