The exact location is El Presidente in the area of El Paraiso, less than 2 kms. from san Pedro de Alcantara.Sandy beaches are only a 5 five minute walk from the apartment, you will also appreciate the big terrace and the location, San Pedro de Alcantara is only 5 minutes, Puerto Banus 10 minutes. Some famous golf courses are within 10 minutes by car, Los Flamingos, Guadalmina North and South, Atalaya old and new courses. The swimming pool is heated all the year but, if you prefer the tennis or the Padel there are some courts you can use for free. El Presidente.
